• Partial refund (minus supplier penalties and AIR NEXAPLUS LLC service fees)
• Future travel credit for non-refundable bookings, if permitted by the supplier
• Full refund only if explicitly allowed by the fare or supplier conditions

Non-refundable bookings are typically not eligible for cash refunds unless:

• The airline or supplier issues a waiver
• Exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., medical cases or government-imposed restrictions)

Non-Changeable / Non-Cancellable Bookings

• Some promotional fares or discounted bookings are strictly non-cancellable and non-changeable.
• You will be notified at the time of booking if your fare falls into this category.

Involuntary Cancellations (By Airline or Supplier)

If your flight, hotel, or tour is cancelled or significantly changed by the supplier, you may be entitled to:

• A full refund, or
• Rebooking at no extra charge (subject to availability and supplier policy)

AIR NEXAPLUS LLC will coordinate with the supplier on your behalf and ensure your rights are processed promptly.

Supplier and Consolidator Terms

Many travel products are issued through third-party wholesalers or consolidators whose rules may include:

• Non-refundable agency or supplier processing fees
• Cancellation penalties within specific timeframes
• Mandatory documentation (tickets, ID proof, etc.)

AIR NEXAPLUS LLC will always inform you of any applicable terms before submitting a cancellation request.

Processing Timeframes

Once a cancellation or refund is approved by the supplier, the processing timeline may include:

• Supplier response time: 10–20 business days
• AIR NEXAPLUS LLC processing time: 3–5 business days
• Bank/card refund posting: up to 10 additional business days

You will receive updates and documentation regarding your cancellation request via email.
